Phoodie broke it, but I got it from Suzie: Adam Glickman, who’s been The Guy in the Kitchen for nine years, is leaving Monk’s. He’ll still be around for the Holiday Dinner on the 15th and I’m sad/happy I’ll have a chance to say goodbye and wish him well.
