Brotherly Suds 2012.

This year’s official collaborative beer for Philly Beer Week is a Vienna-style, malt-based beer fermented with Kolsch yeast and hopped with American and German varieties. It was brewed today at the new Tröegs Brewery in Hershey. Brewers involved were from Tröegs, Iron Hill, Nodding Head, Sly Fox, Stoudt’s, Victory and Yards.

Troeg’s Brewery — come on Jack, its Tröegs Brewery, enough with the erroneous apostrophe, we need our umlauts! (which can be argue as well!)

  2. Jack Curtin says:

Fixed. Sorry about that. Precisely because of the umlats I have “Tröegs” in my spell checker and usually it gets fixed automatically, but not this time for some reason,. The naughty apostrophe, though, that was pure human error.
